Show Me “Mans Wisdom,” And I’ll Show You An “Empty Mind.”

The headlines and top news story yesterday; “The story of humankind is reaching back another million years as scientists learn more about “Ardi,” a hominid who lived 4.4 million years ago in what is now Ethiopia.”

“Reaching” is the operative word here! The article continues… “The 110-pound, 4-foot female roamed forests a million years before the famous Lucy, long studied as the earliest skeleton of a human ancestor.” “This older skeleton reverses the common wisdom of human evolution, said anthropologist C. Owen Lovejoy of Kent State University.” “LONG STUDIED???????????” How long could anyone study these bones. How much time can you spend on a pile of bones?

Common “wisdom?” You’ve got to be kidding me, right?

The “reaching” part is true, the “wisdom” part is a joke! How could you ever come up with an astronomical number like 4.4 million years ago?????

Carbon dating is only accurate back a few thousand years. How then, did they date this, with such “pinpoint” accuracy to within 400,000 years. At Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Scientists dated dinosaur bones using the Carbon dating method. The age they came back with was only a few thousand years old. So basically, when your test instruments don’t go back any further… you GUESS. You “speculate and hypothesize.” (Make it up!)

They must have some of the same people working with them as we have calculating the national debt… they’ve lost count and don’t really care. Their “so-called” facts are so far from facts that it would take me 29 quadrillion years to begin to think like they do, or use the “calculations” of a turtle to plan his run across a busy road and avoid getting hit by a semi-tractor trailer!

They go on… “Rather than humans evolving from an ancient chimp-like creature, the new find provides evidence that chimps and humans evolved from some long-ago common ancestor — but each evolved and changed separately along the way.” Oh really?

WAIT A MINUTE… Do you mean to tell me, after all these years I was taught that I came from an ape, it’s all wrong now? These scientists have got my world all “Topsy Turvy” now!

And for the FINAL BLOW?

“This is not that common ancestor, but it’s the closest we have ever been able to come,” said Tim White, director of the Human Evolution Research Center at the University of California, Berkeley.”

“The lines that evolved into modern humans and living apes probably shared an ancestor 6 million to 7 million years ago, White said in a telephone interview.”

Do you know what the word “probably” really means? It means were making the whole thing up and don’t really have a clue what we’re talking about, but because our student loans are already paid off and we make a whole lot of money as professors, and like our easy job’s, we’re not going to say that we’re full of horse hockey! It would give anthropologists a bad name.

Oh by the way, got any prediction on when we’ll evolve wings, so I can fly to the moon and save from having to spend my money on the space program?

It’s amazing what men will believe when they won’t believe the truth!

P.S. Anthropologists are social scientists who study the origin and physical, cultural, and social development of human beings. Anthropologists study the language, traditions, beliefs, possessions, and values of people in various parts of the world and formulate hypotheses to explain their research and findings. They generally specialize in physical anthropology, archaeology, linguistics, or cultural anthropology.

The Christian Defense Coalition is welcoming Muslims planning to hold a large prayer gathering Friday on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol.

More than 50,000 Muslims are expected to take part in the event Friday on Capitol Hill. Pat Mahoney, director of the Christian Defense Coalition, says it is sad that some Christians have been hostile to the Muslims planning to gather Friday.

I would add, that it’s sad that people who profess to be Christians, are hostile to anyone and act just like the world! They may think they know God, but didn’t Jesus say in John 16:2, that these very same “religious” people who kill you will think he’s doing God a favor. They will do these things because they never really understood the Father.”

The Muslims who kill Christians all over the world, fit acurately into that compartment, but that is only because, as Jesus said, “There will even come a time when anyone who kills you will think he’s doing God a favor. They will do these things because they never really understood the Father.” The same problem exists for both the “carnal” or unredeemed person as it does for a Muslim. Neither one has “really understood the Father.”

A Christian does not act in a “hostile” way toward anyone. Jesus said in Luke chapter 6, “⁴³“No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. ⁴⁴Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. ⁴⁵The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.”

“They are receiving numerous calls from people who profess to be Christians, full of hateful language to them, telling them to go back to their own country, when they are Americans and they love this country,” he notes. Jesus also said, “²⁷“But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, ²⁸bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.” You see, that’s only possible when a person asks Christ to save them from the nature they can’t control. That’s why he came, died and rose from the dead. To make it possible for us to “have control” to do good by being born over again by His power and NOT By the law. (Which never could save anyone!)

Mahoney says while some Christians may be uncomfortable at the prospect of the prayer event, he believes it shows the greatness of America.

“It is important to send a clear message that the Christian community loves the Muslim community. That we do not hate Muslims, that our heart is not set against Muslims, and that with the heart and compassion of Christ, we are to reach out and build bridges,” he adds.

I would add that you can’t build bridges with a stick or a gun in your hand, but with an open hand, willing to reach out in the love of Christ. It may be one sided, but let it be one sided in love, on our side, if it has to be. I don’t “embrace” the Muslim religion and never will. I embrace the person in the Muslim religion and if I can preach the Gospel to an openhearted Muslim, I will tell him or her of the love and good news, till I am no longer breathing.

Mahoney and Rob Schenck, president of the National Clergy Council, hosted a reception for the organizer of the Day of Islamic Unity.

I will not judge Mahoney or Rob Schenck for that gesture. But, how do you know that it won’t be a catalyst, that God will use to set that Muslim free of the slavery of religion forever… we don’t.

I pray it does. That’s my prayer! But even if it doesn’t, they may have shown that they’re a child of their Father.

Joy Unspeakable!

This has been a VERY goood week!

I know it’s not over yet, but for me, the news I got from the lady in my previous blog post, made it a good YEAR!

Three emails later, I got the reply I prayed for… ALL THREE ACCEPTED JESUS!! Mother and two daughters! Remember the 21 year old with a brain tumor. (Please pray for her complete healing.) Our God is an awesome God… not a “puny god” or a god who cannot hear.

He is the God of ALL creation and He is the same yesterday, today and forever! There will never be another God and there is NO other name under heaven by which any man can be saved. Don’t let the world fill you with their lies and empty philosophies. They can never save you through any of their “wisdom” or plans of deliverance.

The miracle of “salvation” is still too awesome to comprehend for this little human mind.

How the Almighty One would care enough for you and me, that He would send His ONLY Son to be the “ultimate” sacrifice, that I can be counted worthy before Him now and forever because of what He did for me… IN MY PLACE!

I’ll praise Him forever! How about you?

How Can A God Of Love Allow My Daughter To Die?

This past week I received a letter from a lady who is in need of help for her daughter. Because I have a site and have been involved in natural healing and health research, I am asked for possible alternatives to traditional treatments. Her daughter has been given a year (give or take) to live by the doctors treating her. She is 21 years old.

Her letter really disturbed me and I’ll tell you why…

Here’s her letter with the names changed to keep their identities private.

Hi Steve,

When Melissa was younger, she was bleeding internally for no reason, the doctors couldn’t figure it out and it went on for almost a year. I read Cayenne pepper stops internal bleeding in an emergency so I gave her a quarter teaspoon in a cup of warm water every night. It stopped in a couple of weeks never to return. Doctors don’t always know what they are talking about… they guess. So I have no problem having a conversation with any of them if they are feeling superior.

I was raised Christian,  believe in God and miracles. But I am of an alternative faith now. It is a more natural, loving religion, more about herbs and healing energy.

I do love God, but I have learned through the years, he can also be cruel. Floods, fires, and wiping out innocent children.

I guess Melissa just ended up being the fly in the spider web. Life and death is supposed to be natural, but it is the price we; all have to pay for sin so they say.

I can think of people who should die of brain cancer before my beautiful, sweet young daughter. I can’t think of anything she did so terrible. So, I will fight, because I don’t accept it. If God takes my child, I will have a very hard time believing in a merciful forgiving God who would allow children to die so horribly while he watches.

He created beautiful things it’s true, but he also created praying mantises that rip the heads off their prey while they suck out their insides, spiders are living vampires and the strong in nature eat the weak and babies. Who created that? And those are just a few examples. He doesn’t feel what we do. We are much more humane.

I appreciate the prayers, please don’t get me wrong, and maybe I have some learning experiences to go through, but honestly, I’m not happy with him right now. I’ve sinned more in my life time, he should take me first. But I guess life’s not fair….why!?

Sorry if I bombarded you. I am going to follow this natural cure and try to fix her.

OK. Now let me give her and you the truth…

• Almost everyone in America claims to have been raised a Christian, believe in God and miracles. But the reality is, most people have been raised as secular “Christians,” not knowing God’s word or ever really understanding the desire God has for us to have a “relationship” with Him. There is NO “alternative faith,” only another choice of “unbelief.” Herbs and healing properties are gifts from God for us to use for our benefit, not intended to be worshiped.
• Without really knowing God, you can’t really love God. The only way to know God is through His Word (the Bible) and asking Him to have a relationship with you through His son, Jesus. (This is a “personal” decision each person must make.) She stated she has “learned through the years, he can also be cruel.” This would be true if God was really behind these “floods, fires, and wiping out innocent children,”  but God is NOT behind the cruel, unfair and the unjust events that happen to us all in this world. Who is behind it then? His name is Satan. Jesus said, “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.” Have you ever read the book of Job in the Bible? It says, “So Satan left the LORD’s presence, and he struck Job with a terrible case of boils from head to foot.” The devil is very real and very evil in all his ways. He is the source of ALL disease and sickness.
• “I guess Melissa just ended up being the fly in the spider web. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God.” We are in a fallen world to this day, but not without hope now that Jesus has provided a way to exchange the death sentence of being born into sin, to “the sacred and unfailing message of salvation that gives eternal life.” It’s NOT “they who say, “the price (or wages) of sin is death…” it is God that says it! And because “God so loved the world, He gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” “God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.”
• “If God takes my child, I will have a very hard time believing in a merciful forgiving God who would allow children to die so horribly while he watches.” God has already proven His love for us by sending His ONLY Son to die the most cruel and shameful death any human being could suffer. Telling God that you’ll only trust Him if the circumstances in life turn out the way you believe they should, proves that you don’t trust Him now. We will all physically die in these bodies someday. Babies die. Elderly die. God never intended for us to die. That happened when Adam and Eve listened to the destroyer (Satan) and believed the lie! “”Did God really say you must not eat any of the fruit in the garden?” “You won’t die!” the serpent hissed.” But, it’s the eternal life that will be the most dramatic. We were created with the capacity to feel and love. We will always mourn and grieve the loss of someone we love. But, this life on planet earth is “temporal.”
• “I’ve sinned more in my life time, he should take me first. But I guess life’s not fair….why!?” Life is not fair because most people have decided to believe the lies of Satan rather than the truth of God! It’s not for us to know the things that only God knows, but we do have His Word. Everything we need can be found in the Bible! I’m totally serious about that! Not to mention the “supernatural” power available to those who believe. It’s WAY more than life insurance for eternity… it’s “assurance of life” in the midst of horrible circumstances and trials. This life is “temporal.” The apostle James said, “How do you know what will happen tomorrow? For your life is like the morning fog–it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.” In light of eternity, this life is VERY short, but if you place your complete trust and confidence in the “canceled or paid debt” for your sins, by receiving Jesus Christ into your heart, you have passed from death to life already!

This may be a shock to you, but Jesus said, “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.” Does that include NOW? YES!

His heart breaks over the same hurts you feel. “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.” He feels our pain and hurts!

The good news is that God will put an end to Satan and his evil attacks against God’s creation. It’s all spelled out in His Word… especially in Revelation. The time is coming when God Himself and Jesus will take the earth back and rule a world without sin, sickness, pain, tears and without the devil FOREVER! Nothing God has spoken, has not come to pass!

Pastors Count The Cost

Conservative members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) are considering options after their “denomination” decided on Friday to allow “non-celibate” homosexuals and lesbians to be pastors. Do you see how religion excuses sin, “dressed as faithfulness?”

During debate on the question, Pastor Marshal Hahn of Iowa said he would stand on the Bible, but did not take arguments for or against homosexual leadership personally.

WHAT? Apparently this “pastor” hasn’t read Math 12:30, “Anyone who isn’t helping me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.” He said, “This is not about me. It’s about the church. It’s not about fear.”. “It’s about faith — to remain faithful to our Lord, faithful to our commitment, faithful to one another.” Wait a minute pastor… How about being faithful to Jesus Christ? Leviticus 18:22 says, “Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin.” How is it that you say “It’s about faith — to remain faithful to our Lord” and yet you remain silent about homosexuals and lesbians serving as pastors? You really need to read the Bible!

Darin Easler left the ELCA because of its previous ban on homosexual clergy and joined the extremely liberal United Church of Christ. (That’s where he belongs.)  He was present for the vote. ”I’m also aware of those who are really in pain because of the things that have taken place and the decisions that have been made, and feeling their place in the church is shifting and the painfulness that they are feeling, even as we’re feeling a sense of joy,” Easler says.

Get a clue… it’s NOT about you or what you’re feeling. It’s about the truth and you have believed a lie. You may think it’s OK to twist the Word of God, but you will hear the words of Jesus, “Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.”

Karl Moyer is pastor of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He spoke against the measure, stressing the Bible condemns homosexual practices – and that, he stated, should be the factor in determining the policy. “For us to say one thing and to do another costs our church integrity, credibility, and our ability to evangelize in the future,” he adds. Pastor Moyer, you are speaking the truth in a denomination that seems to be floundering from an abandonment of truth. You are to be highly commended!

Some pastors are confident they will leave the denomination – but the question remains, where will they go? It doesn’t matter where they will go as much as it matters that they stand for truth. If they are true servants of God, they will find their place in His service. Biblically solid representatives plan to meet in Indianapolis in September to determine their options.

I highly recommend you get on your face and seek God’s direction. Then go meet with your fellow pastors. Your call is either from God or you really don’t belong in the church as a pastor anyway. May I remind you pastors of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” “Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.”

The Problem With Christians

Can I be honest with you? (I have to be anyway… it’s what I’ve been called to do!)

I’ve been gaining more and more awareness of the “missing ingredient” in successful Christian living… And do you know what I think it is?

• Not enough reading of the Bible?
• Not going to church on a regular basis?
• Not fellowshipping with other believers?
• Not walking in obedience to God’s word that we understand?
• Living like the world all week and attending church on Sunday?

NO! Although, those are all reasons to lose joy, peace and close relationship with God.

I believe the reason is LOVE! Not love itself, but NOT really knowing the “love of God” FOR YOU as a believer!

You may say, “I know God loves me and that He gave His life for me”… BUT, that’s head knowledge. We all know that. Even people that don’t claim to be Christians know that!

The problem is… we really don’t know the “expanse” of His love. If we did, we would trust Him more in every life situation. His love is real, evident and tangible and specifically “for you!”

The Apostle Paul wrote to the Ephesian people, “And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is.”

You see, God can’t give you any more love than He had for you last year. He doesn’t love you anymore than when He offered Himself up for you on the cross. He loves you with a love that spreads over you, under you, side to side for you and deeper than any situation in life you’ll ever face!

We base WAY TOO MUCH on our situations and how we FEEL about God at the moment. We MUST realize that He doesn’t feel the same way as you do when your perspective is wrong. He still looks at you with that “expansive” and complete love.

Now look at what the Apostle John says because he was a disciple that REALLY KNEW  the Savior! In 1 John 3:1 he said, “See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children, and we really are! But the people who belong to this world don’t know God, so they don’t understand that we are his children.”

The King James Version (KJV) says, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.”

This is one time I prefer the KJV because it’s stronger in clarifying this relationship with God now. The word “Behold” in the original Greek translation means: “Know, Be Aware, Be Sure, Understand.”

John is literally saying here… “Get this in your mind and spirit once and for all, the love that our God has for us, especially now that we are His children, demands that we are recognized as His children and we SHOULD BE called His children by everyone from now on. And the ONLY reason we’re NOT is because the people who belong to this world don’t know God, so they don’t understand that we are his children.”

So the problem is… we let the world tell us who we are instead of calling ourselves who God says we are!

When a man or woman is put in highest position in the land (ex. President, Queen, Chancellor etc.), no one calls them, “Hey you.” or “Lady” or the common term used only by their immediate family members. They address them by their present status title.

Our present status title as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ is “Children of the Most High God.” We are Christians! Why would we let the world give us a different title than the one our Father has? Because we don’t “get” the love of our Father yet!

John said it twice in the first letter he wrote… “God Is Love.” Not, He has a lot of love for you. “God Is Love.” What does that mean?

It means that His very essence is nothing less than total love. And now that you’ve been “born again,” His nature, the nature of our Father has been transferred by His Spirit into our lives. When you call another believer “brother or sister,” you are correct.

John says, “We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in him. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.” Jesus commanded us to love those who hate us. This IS impossible for an unbeliever! But NOT for a child of the God who IS love.

Why don’t we always believe what Jesus said? We don’t really understand His love for us. We are His children! If you’re a parent or have ever been one, do you pass on the “nature and character” of yourself to your children? YES! They act the way you’ve trained them and instill value to them… good or bad! Why do children raised in loving homes end up being very successful? Because they KNEW the love and care of their father or mother and that consistent encouragement to them about who they are!

John said, “Loving God means keeping his commandments, and really, that isn’t difficult. For every child of God defeats this evil world by trusting Christ to give the victory. And the ones who win this battle against the world are the ones who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.” “We know that those who have become part of God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, for God’s Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot get his hands on them. We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the power and control of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we are in God because we are in his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.”

Act like John and confess with your mouth, your actions and your life, “We know that we are children of our God.”

You will either believe who the world says you are or you’ll believe who your Father says you are! Who do you trust?

A Real Weakness In The Church

I just received an email from some dear friends serving in the country of Hungary. They’re missionaries serving around Budapest with their son and daughter. They are wonderful people and I love them.

In the email I was asked (along with others) if I would pray for their Mom. She has some type of paralysis in her face and went to a neurologist. I promptly sent them information on an alternative treatment that I believe will be very helpful…

Anyway, I began to think about the things Jesus said in the gospels. One verse has always haunted me… Luke 18:8. “But when I, the Son of Man, return, how many will I find who have faith?” This is a scripture that makes my heart sorrowful. Really it does.

Earlier, Jesus had been trying to teach the disciples a lesson about trusting Him. In the verses just before verse 8, in verse 1, He tells the story of the “unjust judge” and the lady that kept going to him for justice… It says, “One day Jesus told his disciples a story to illustrate their need for constant prayer and to show them that they must never give up.”

Well, what I see is the church “giving up.”

We pray for God to heal us, but then we add, “I know that God allows in His wisdom that which He could easily prevent by His power.”

I’m sorry for all those I may offend with this statement, but Jesus is the one that said, “I assure you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, `May God lift you up and throw you into the sea,’ and it will happen.” “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

There is something we as believers need to be doing… “building up our most holy faith.”

1Pet 2:5 says, “And now God is building you, as living stones, into his spiritual temple. What’s more, you are God’s holy priests, who offer the spiritual sacrifices that please him because of Jesus Christ.”

Is it because we don’t really understand who we are in Christ? What are the “spiritual sacrifices” that please Him?

The Greek word “spiritual” here means, “relating to the human spirit, or rational soul, as part of the man which is akin to God and serves as his instrument or organ, that which possesses the nature of the rational soul.” “Belonging to the Divine Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, one who is filled with and governed by the Spirit of God; pertaining to the wind or breath.”

This doctrine of sometimes God doesn’t really mean what He told us while He was here on earth, I believe is a “doctrine of demons.” Why should we trust God when it seems that God could have just stopped it dead in it’s tracks if He wanted to. Does that even really matter? What really matters is, will we offer the sacrifices of praise because we are “God’s holy priests.”

Jesus NEVER said, “There may be times when it’s just not my will, that you as my child are healed!” Don’t believe the lie the enemy is trying to propagate on the church! It seems that some things haven’t changed for thousands of years. The prophet Hosea said, “My people are being destroyed because they don’t know me. It is all your fault, you priests, for you yourselves refuse to know me. Now I refuse to recognize you as my priests.”

We have NO excuse for “unbelief.” Jesus himself walked and talked and performed miracle after miracle while here as a man… as a human being.

Are there children of God suffering persecution? Yes. Are there saints suffering at the hands of ungodly people? Yes. Have we experienced pain and suffering from our own foolishness? Yes. I have many times. But, to excuse our “unbelief” and “lack of trust” in the Son of the Living God is only our fault. And our God is NEVER the source of sickness, disease, pain and suffering upon the life of a Spirit filled child of God. If you believe otherwise, you simply haven’t read the scriptures and don’t know Him that well yet.

Show me one scripture on which anyone can base that doctrine and I’ll show you dozens to prove it a lie! Jesus is not like a man that He should lie.

“I assure you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, `May God lift you up and throw you into the sea,’ and it will happen.” “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

God is not like some malicious dog trainer, holding out a treat on a stick and string, only to pull it away when we reach for it. Saints, lets trust Him and ask and believe that we receive everything we ask for, no matter what the devil, the world, our understanding or anything else tries to convince us of.

I leave you with part of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians: “He is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ, until we come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature and full grown in the Lord, measuring up to the full stature of Christ.” “Then we will no longer be like children, forever changing our minds about what we believe because someone has told us something different or because someone has cleverly lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth.” “Instead, we will hold to the truth in love, becoming more and more in every way like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.” Under his direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. With the Lord’s authority let me say this: Live no longer as the ungodly do, for they are hopelessly confused.”

Ignorance Is NOT Bliss…

I heard this saying when I was a kid and growing up later on. What does it mean?

It means that “ignorance” of almost everything in this life will come back to bite you bad! How many times have you thought, “If I had only known about this or that, I would have done it differently.” How many times have you been “burned” because you didn’t know the burner was hot?

It’s like that in life and death. In life, it’s the things we never learned or failed to learn after having the opportunity to, and in death, it will be the “ignorance” of our complacency that sends us to hell or heaven.

Proverbs 1:32 says, “For they are simpletons who turn away from me–to death. They are fools, and their own complacency will destroy them.” NLT

We have God’s Word and still people would rather believe the lies of Satan, what someone else tells them or what they choose to adapt as their idol (personal idea of what their god is like). That “ignorance” will send them to hell… for ETERNITY.

Contrary to the BIGGEST LIE now being circulated in the world today, there are NOT “many ways” to get  to heaven. There is ONE and ONLY one way.

Unless you receive Jesus Christ, you WILL go to hell!

Stop saying, “Doesn’t it say in the Bible,” …when you’ve never even opened the Bible to see for yourself, what it does say.

Let’s Not “Opinionize” The Word…

I hesitate in writing about this, but I will reluctantly, because of so much confusion about this topic. Was Satan the music director in heaven? Was he a chief musician?

NO.

Well,  there is no definitive proof. Let’s look at what God’s Word says instead of just “sharing opinions.”

Now I suppose you want me to back that up with something, right? The only scripture whatsoever that people use when making this argument is Ezekiel 28:13-19.

“You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone [was] your covering: The sardius, topaz, and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created.”

They (the instruments) were “prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.” KJV,” “prepared for you on the day you were created. NKJV,” and “given to you on the day you were created” NLT

“I ordained and anointed you as the mighty angelic guardian.  You had access to the holy mountain of God and walked among the stones of fire.”

“You were blameless in all you did from the day you were created until the day evil was found in you”

“Your great wealth filled you with violence, and you sinned. So I banished you from the mountain of God. I expelled you, O mighty guardian, from your place among the stones of fire.”

“Your heart was filled with pride because of all your beauty. You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth and exposed you to the curious gaze of kings.” “You defiled your sanctuaries with your many sins and your dishonest trade. So I brought fire from within you, and it consumed you. I let it burn you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching.”

“All who knew you are appalled at your fate. You have come to a terrible end, and you are no more.”

That one scripture (Ezekiel 28:13) has been turned into the “devil was the music director… wasn’t he?” doctrine.

He was a created being. Possibly one of the most beautifully decorated beings God created. What caused his fall? It’s very clear within the above scriptures:

“Your great wealth filled you with violence, and you sinned.”
“”Your heart was filled with pride because of all your beauty.”
“You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor“

Violence, sin, pride, corrupted wisdom… all these are hostility with God.

Could it be, that nothing is any different here on earth? Earth has a special connection with heaven. Many aspects in scripture are shadows or patterns of heaven.

Paul wrote Timothy…
“For the love of money (wealth) is at the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.” 1 Tim 6:10

From being a “mighty guardian” to a fallen being who had “walked among the stones of fire.”

“The Hebrew “timbrel and pipe” translates to what we know as “tambourine and flute” today. Maybe the devil was originally created to worship with these instruments, but nowhere in scripture does it say he did. Maybe it was the purpose and plan of God for him, but he corrupted God’s plan with his corrupted wisdom.

Proverbs 1:7 says, “Fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge. Only fools despise wisdom and discipline.”

The same things sending the devil to hell, will also send men to hell… The heart that is so full of pride that it corrupts the wisdom of God. It’s too late for the devil, but not for you and me.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16

“God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.” 1 John 4:9

Hell was not created for men. Don’t let “pride” corrupt your wisdom…

What’s “Born Again?”

There’s too much confusion about Christianity!!

There shouldn’t be. It’s only confusing because too many people are IGNORANT! There, I said it!
